The floating system we have built in Murmansk in the northern sea of ​​Russia, 900 km to the north pole, is a system that submerges 1.5 meters deep into water in winter and resurfaces back in summer.

When 1 meter of ice forms on the surface in winter, the system's pontoons are automatically filled with water and submerged 1.5 meters deep into the water. In spring, when the ice melts, pontoons are automatically pumped with air and system raises to the surface and resumes operating. This system is one of a kind in the world.
